Solved. Check your "Tesmodule" or "Testdaten" folder. If your filesize is different than the torrent one, delete the folder and copy from torrent one.

Mine had some old files there which apparently blocked ABL's from working. Deleted and copied everything from torrent and everything is working now.

I've read the thread, it's to much trouble...

I've installed on an Laptop with Win10/64 ISTA D and it works without any problems.
The old version is 3.41.0.10180 with licence change in TesterGui.
SQLiteDBs, FASTAOut and FASTAConfig directorys are exists.
I don't now it's important for standalone...? It's there and functional.
I would installed ISTA P and it's not possible. Hardware Check closed installation...
Then I buy a new Laptop with Quad-Core and think always be good. But it's not so...

I can't install this version and download from the link here.

What's now the matter to correct install? I'm confused...

Have all the prerequisites installed? All .net frameworks vpiredist90.exe and vcredist.exe's installed? And what's your download issue?
