Don't ask password from pdf files!!!!

Redownload file. 28.05.2017 changed ISTA-D on 4.05.31 (SQLiteDBs 4.05.30), ISTA-P on 3.61.4.002.

Its working Perfect. Im not Tested on a Car but i have a Question.

Old Ista+ Versions take very long to start as usual.

But this Version Starts very Quick. I click Istagui.exe and after few Seconds its Ready to go smile
