i see the issue, im running with the license.dat file that came with torrent, ive tried to create a new license but i keep getting a "unable to determine java error"

i need to create a new license.dat file but i dont know how,

i did a complete uninstall using the odis uninstall, i have reinstalled odis, moved and replaced the lancher in program files, but now when i run odis from the desktop i keep getting the error in the attached picture.

i have redownload the lancher, but same issue
