two questions.. 1. why is ista-d 4.3 in blue and now 4.4 in grey? 2. im from germany, if i need only SQLiteDBs DE and OTHER or if i must all languages? because my laptop have only 250gb ssd :/

For german language you need only DE and other, no need for another language.
