Hello, i'm here to request your help to solve 2 errors i'm getting at the same time on ista P 3.70.000. 

94201 Technical service initialization failed
and 
10007 (CIP) - Error during initialisation of EDIABAS

 ista p opens, I start new session, I choose the server automatically, select icom, and then it starts the complete car read. reads the vin and chassis type, it reads all the modules in the car, but when it changes to 'measuring service plan' it gives the error. 


the obd plug i'm using is VXDIAG SE for bmw. it works as if was an icom. i have it for 2 years and on my old laptop that got the partition corrupted, always worked great. last ista P version used on my old laptop was 3.69.

i´ve tried several possible solutions i read in this forum but none worked. also reinstalled the windows and got exactly the same error. 

i'm using loader 6.6, but also tried 6.1 and 6.4. no changes.
patched ediabas 7.3.0 installed but no change
tried changing manual ipv4 on network relater to the vxdiag, also on ediabas.ini but problem persists. 

ista D, inpa, ncs expert all work normal. only ista P gives me this error.

I try to provide all the info in the prints. the attached file is the ediabas.ini

Try update ICOM.

i figured it out. i understood that the vx diag after few minutes using it, was becoming not recognized. there is an option on properties of the adapter which windows cuts energy if its using too much. after having that disabled its all working properly.
