Those who have the tool to generate FSC packs know there is a work around without flashing. Let me know if you want me to sort your issue.
It can be done through feature installer. BMW: CODING, PROGRAMMING, FSC, Apple CarPlay etc

There is also a way without it.
EntryNav2, MGU, Evo - carplay with or without ATM, full fsc, component protection and more.

I had same problem few time ago. my problem was carplay.ini corruped. I need to flash another time nbt evo.
