Hello everybody, I've official latest release Xentry installed on my laptop;
Everything was always ok...'till this message:

"error starting procedure"

(I buy regular token on xentry portal, VCI regularly communicate with car) but when opening shell (C5 user and pwd ok) i can't operate due to this error.

Official Xentry assistance can't help me ( I think they have not hard sw skills)
All uninstall and reinstalled several times.

May be is Windows error? registry?

Any idea to help me?

I understand that you have not made any modifications in Xentry since you have your official account, right? What interface are you using? How do you know that the interface communicates with the vehicle if you cannot advance in the diagnosis?

I use Bosch KTS590 as usual...(with other app as BOSCH ESI etc and work) so it's not a VCI trouble.

To use that device, I think you have to install it as Passthru and, obviously, use XPT not XDOS, have you done it like that? I have used another KTS in that way without problems.

oh yes, everything was working fine...always perfect with KTS
