I tried a couple of hours ago. It worked!!!
Hardware emulators are now unuseful. In a first time I had an error because the cic's vin was probably modified by the installer. It was the same of the car. So I get the fsc and I saw in edit window the "donor" vin from fsc stored. I changed the vin stored in cic with its original one and after that checked the fsc and it worked. Only 19 wasn't enought and I had to activate also 1b.

I made the opposite. Someone changed the original Vin to match cas vin. In this way fstool doesn't work because certificate stored were signed with donor vin. When I re-wrote original vin (not cas) in cic fstool worked good.

Ah okay... someone changed vin in cic to match with cas, but fsc matched to old cic vin. you changed to old cic vin that is in fsc.

Can we create fsc for vin in cas?

With fstool just go to swt develop and do the job set_vin.... remember to write it before in parameters

Is your CIC retrofitted or installed original? Did you already repair, or original FSC?

I Have these files for my vin but I don't know steps to import in cic with fstool. Can you tell please? Sorry if it's something you have already told but last night I tried a lot of times to import them and the only thing I was able to do was having a sleepless night

no idea what do you wrong. You retrofit CIC or Original? What your FSC/Cert/Sig status all App.ID accepted or rejected? Are your donors FSC newer or older than existing in CIC?
Remember, new FSC in CIC can not be with overwritten old donor FSC.
The most effective approach would be the FSC just delete = Virgin CIC. Hardreset. After import donor FSC.
