Good morning guys,

I am continually receiving the DSS #00046632EN error despite having the DB's added to the SQLiteDB's folder. Please see screenshot.

What am I missing?

Using Win8 64bit, I have 83Gb available after this install. Could that be the cause of this error?

Free hard drive space is not the issue. Which files do you have in SQLiteDB folder and which language do you have selected in Client Settings? You will get that error if you selected American English (en-US) and have 5 files (including 2 _ENGB) in folder.

I have British English currently selected in the client settings. Additionally, I also swapped to Deutsch to see if that made a difference and got the same error.

For this standalone version, it should work without error as long as you have the pre-requisite software installed, unblocked archive completely extracted, Reg Fix applied, and 5 SQLiteDB's.

If you click "X," can you see all DB's under Version?


For British English (en-GB), you only need that language selected and the following in SQLiteDB:


You may also get the "DSS #00046632EN" error if the following shows blocked under attributes:


However, if you switched to Espanol (en-ES) with only the above pictured SQLiteDB's, you will get:

Solved.The DLL was blocked. working after being unblocked. Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you, gone try to look at the dll file! I have the same Problem with 3.56.21!

Ik had thema same problem because ik forgot to unblock base file zip. After unblock and unzip base files again all werking ok.
