In my Audi 2013 A6 C7 I've HN+R_EU_AU_P1030 ; 8R0060884DF ECE 6.22.4.

Do you think I can do direct update to 8R0906961FB_K0942 and 6.24.2 map or do some other soft update first? If yes, please let me know which one.

One more think - how can I do FSC backup? I just have to copy FSC backup files to SD Card and run it like I do update?

What if update map first User Defined to 2017 (6.24.2) under FW K900 _ as you are say no activation need it activator will still works from last year xxxx_00040009.fsc
And after I will update FW to K942? Will I need to activate map afterwards?
Is this activator somehow attached to your FW files?

It operates in the following!

No MMI inserting SD !!!

1. Unzip the downloaded file and copy it directly to the root of SD

2. MMI can boot wait 2-3min (wait is important, otherwise the script will not start!)

3. Insert the SD slot 1

4. Now, Audi should automatically open image with the message "rotary switch to move the hidden menu to start activation!" The message should then disappear again.
5. You should see a message newcomer "Ready! Restart MMI"
6. Restart MMI handle monkey (MENU + button + button at the top right soft key).
When MMI Audi A1 + Q3 3GP restarting only works with "Ton + button + button above the right soft key"

Hidden Face after menu should be free!

menu will open hidden "Setup + Car" or 3GP with "Car + menu", where you must first press the Setup or car, and it should also hold for more than 5 seconds !


Troubleshooting:

Importantly, if the subsequent menu Hidden is not yet unlocked with you, most likely because of it with you "is installed MMI 3G" bit which is set to this bit is set to an adapter Diagnostic + software needed, the cheapest option would be a VAS5054A (look on Ebay) + a ODIS modified or diagnostic software VAS-PC, or a little more expensive, original VCDs software + self-diagnostic adapter sintering or Ross-Tech.

Or simply find someone close to you VCDs, Google finds on various lists of users VCDs to do with users several euros or in part for a coffee!

When I unzip the activator for 3GP from the first post and take a look at the fsc file, its named 004000B.fsc can some one tell me if this is correct for use on fw k942?? or do we have to use file 004000C.fsc for 6.24.2

And someone can tell what happens with traffic online? I've 03623 from previus update (firm 900 map 6.22) and didn't apply fsc remove because I wanted to keep audi traffic online.
Any news?

I have used the fsc remove script and i still have active traffic and audi connect
