Hello I just updated my mmi3g+

these was the steps:
update firmware directly to k0942 from k0900
update the maps
activate the maps

I want to know what is difference between emergency update and just update .

and why I need to reinstall the firmware ? if everything works.

On the first page
the activator is only 161 OCTETS

and on the PDF files it says that it must be 3634 OCTET

does this are normal or not ?

This new activator isnt yet implemented inside manual 1.6 - query #darkdll please to update manual for less skilled people

you can do it as manual said - but activator is in threads maps 2016

Have you prepaired script as in manaul? Calculated code from MAC adess and pasted it to the file?
SD should be insetred to mmi when all options are headlightes (ex. languages can be changed). Before it mmi is loading system and can't read the sd.

If the 2017 maps are good then what happens is that it is blocked after 2 minutes since they are not activated.
