Sorry cant help and off-topic, but I couldn't help it and notice there is a beaver in your screenshot ?!? is that for real, does ISTA/P display a pic of a beaver (castor) ???
Did you execute test measures for ZGM in ISTA/D to see the suggestions ? |

Got this fault yesterday also, fixed with reboot and disconnecting and reconnecting ICOM. It has happened before also when ista p was not exited correctly or other processes are accessing ediabas. (which is the base for ista)

It'not a beaver, it's a hamster . I did and error has gone. However still have this error. I disconnected icom and restarted laptop but it still doesn't work. |

RE: ISTA-P 3.60 error 94201 63014 technical service initialization failed
From my personal experience and the topics I learned, this error occurs only with F-series.
Some people recommends disconnecting battery for 20 mins. Some people says that it happens due to Windows blocks some ports and restart of the OS may help etc-etc I have this problem as well with chinese clone of ICOM. I think I started facing this problem when something happened to my ICOM. Now its SYSTEM led always flashes with ORANGE (Which indicates kind of a hardware problem. Reflashing doesn't fix it.) So, my ICOM perfectly works with Rheingold (E- and F-) and ISTA-P (only for E-). And always fails with F-series with the problem we are discussing. I can work with F- thru ISTA-P and ENET cable. Bottom line: if your ICOM has orange light - it's definitely a hardware problem. Otherwise there's a chance that disconnecting of a car battery may help. (ZGM sometimes gets overflown and needs reset, reinitialization) |

RE: ISTA-P 3.60 error 94201 63014 technical service initialization failed
I had a Windows 10 update disable .NET 3.5 framework. After re-enabling, the error no longer appeared when connecting two different F-series with ENET.
