You can use both ICOM or K DCAN
If you dont know how to , use script with usb that intel123 made its easier
Because the problem of loading FSC with FSTOOL was solved so please ask something else

Yes l have all certificates from INTEL123's folder. Loded them in the order you suggested . The error still persists.

My bad mate. I've specified paths to certs but not stored them to CIC We all learning something new everyday l guess. I have stored certs on cic for 19 now and activated upgrade sometimes you have to repeat it because of error 2021. Does it matter if it finishes with error but after you repeat it finishes fine? GetStatus says:

FSC Status: loaded
Fscs Cert Status: loaded
Sig Cert Status: loaded
Root Cert Status: accepted
SW Signature Status: accepted
Do l need to do anything more or this is it for 19?

80% of your work is done bro.. you've loaded the 19 Fsc correctly.
All you need to do now is go to SWT DEVELOP AND First check SIG CERTIFICATE, then FSCS certificate and then last CHECK FSC. Make sure in parameters you put your vin and SET VIN first if you have not done that already!!!

For 9C to load you need to download update the file in ECAPPS\CARSERVER\DATA\GDATEN\SWTCONF0.DAT with an updated one from the FSTOOL thread on this forum. Here is the link

So decided to give a go little utility designed by Pshoey,to convert fsc to xml and import using ista-p. Could someone with more knowledge than me, shed some light on how to use it? I've tried drag&drop files in opened window but all l get is Windows prompt to specify what program to use to open fsc files. Thanks in advance

I found the easiest way is to write a batch file to run the whole thing. Basically you issue commands to the converter utility through command prompt. I dropped the unsigned .fsc files and the fscs.der certificate into the same folder with the FscToXml.exe utility. Create a batch file in the same folder with the converter. My batch file contains the following
"FscToXml C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml/fscs.der C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml\001B0001.fsc
FscToXml C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml/fscs.der C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml\006F0001.fsc
FscToXml C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml/fscs.der C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml\009B0001.fsc
FscToXml C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml/fscs.der C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml\009C0001.fsc
FscToXml C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml/fscs.der C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml\00170001.fsc
FscToXml C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml/fscs.der C:\Users\User\Downloads\FscToXml\00190001.fsc"
Your file locations will differ from mine, but running the batch file like this will spit out all the .xml files in one step.
Bear in mind that the Vin will need to be changed for each of the .fsc files, but that can be done easily with a hex editor like HxD if you can't get FSTOOL running.

For people talking About Dr. GINI , I believe the new version can't help , all special tabs of nbt and cic were removed from B020 version , B015 Version is needed for fsc jobs .
