Update 8R0906961CC - K_0253 EU then 8R0906961DF - K_0257 EU applied everythinks went ok.

To continoue I need VCDS to activate the green menu to: Enable Ignore Variant and Region.

You dont need to have VCDS - use script which I posted some weeks ago - you can find it in this thread

and again atached below - just use it then green menu will be open without VCDS

Will this script enable the green menu? How do I execute it?

Copy the files to the root of the sd. Wait 5 minutes for mmi is 100% booted. Insert the sd in slot 1 and wait for white screen, press any key, after that wait for second white screen and press any key. Now do a system reset with the 3 buttons and remove the sd from slot 1. Now you can open the green menu without vcds cable

Hellow friends.I have Audi A8 witch MMI 3G+ and I have software witch maps 2014 and worken perfectly but... but VINpatcher not work!! I tried 3 times and it's not work Maybe some new idea ?

And result was a clean update after what everything works again and all background now showing. Only map needs to be activated again.

And tested VIN-patcher under WinXP - works much better. Only created Dump SD but differently from Win7 - it went smooth without errors and in the end it said "OK" (had to push it).

Havent tested yet in car and patched, but hope it does its work this time.

Managed to get access to the green Meny thanks paszczak!!

But....

1. How to disable the Ignore Variant and Region check, Can't find such options browsing through the green meny?

2. After applying the map updates with 8R0060884BK ece 6.17.13 how do I activate the maps based on that I have MMI 3g and not MMI 3gp.
