Maybe somebody can make EGR OFF for this car:
VW Passat 1.9 PD 2004
ECU: EDC15P
SW: 1037366501
HW: 0281011205

Fault code:
19586 - EGR System
P3130 - 35-10 - Regulation Range Exceeded - Intermittent
