I can't see how my installation is wrong. Simply allowed installer to run and followed instructions. When asked for license, gave location and installation completed. Rebooted and tried to launch. Stopped with license. Error reading.

After rebooting, before the first start of the program, you need to replace the original file OffboardDiagLauncher.exe. Just replace it with the correct one.
