I used different downloads here for Databases 3.53.13 with global, en and de files.
But on startup error message DSS #00046632EN. If I check Version status of Rheingold "Data" "GlobalData" and "language data" are blank. Unblocking all files didnt help.

Have you tried these ? English language and global databases...I guess you don't need Dutch...wink2
