But when engine is hot, starting it's bad, but when i change coding to automatic gearbox, then it starting good. Where is problem?

I'm not sure if this is a case with you but i had 2 times this problem
when engine been changed from manual to auto or vise versa, you need to change CPS because Auto CPS is different then manual CPS

What do you mean change CPS?

in VW/Audi Crank Position Sensor for Automatic is different then for a Manual transmission
On mercedes when there is bad CPS and car is hot, it WILL never start until CPS cools down so try to pour water on CPS when car is hot
