I'm using AOS (online) versions of these, not ISTA+, but ISTA/D and ISTA/P. In my local ISTA+ (in different computer) I found that configuration page, but there is no config page in AOS version. Same story for ISTA/P. I'm starting to think that online (AOS) versions) of these dose not allow network connection at all, only direct connection. Can someone confirm that?
I have asked this same thing from AOS support, and they didn't tell exactly same, but told that "network is not supported".
They instruction was as folows:
1. put ICOM in static IP mode and enter "right" values
2. Put right IP and subnet etc values in Your PC's network values.
They never gave me what those values should be, please contact You ICT department. Unfortunately I don't have any...

This connection challenge finally solved, but it was not easy at all!
So, I opened a new ticket for AOS help for enabling NBT flashing. They first gave me instructions that were very common (eg what IP addresses should be entered, was unclear etc). It didn't work.
In my surprise, then they gave me instructions that I should use router!!! and gave me instructions how to enable it. There was eg instructions how to modify ISTA/P config file with text editor = so there is no connection configurations in ISTA/P meny at all.
That didn't work either.
Then they changed back to setup my ICOM NEXT to static-IP mode and finally managed to connect it with ISTA/P...but not with ISTA/D
The passed my case to "expert goup" where was a person, who solved the case in two minutes = changed my IP settings once again.
Then comes the "best": I asked what was wrong and how this is solved in other customers. No any clear answer, they only told me that instrcutions a very bad or there is no instructions at all.
Unfortunately I will not pass my solution here, because those IP settings are presonal and I will not like to give my laptop IP addresses to public.
So, if You have similar problems, please contact AOS help, there is an answer for this problem. And the answer is to use static-IP win ICOM and special IP settings in computer.
