I solved problem. Router DHCP, Icom DHCP and Windows Ethernet: automatic dhcp 
I want to connect my ICOM Next to the router, when I set everything to DHCP I must to connect my notebook to router and router will automatically find IP address with ICOM or I understand that wrong?
