Where should the BLP folder go?

Inside Tools Folder is FAQ, you can read there that BLP goes to PSdZ Folder.

But there is a psdz folder already have the sdp folder for the G & F series vehicles.

It this BLP the lite version or what it is. What function does it plays or which software group it goes in: ISTA-D or ISTA-P? be more clearer
