A previous version worked perfectly. ALL prerequisite software installed. WIN 10 64 Up to date.

Do U install SQLiteDBs ? Reg fix ? vcredist 2005-2017 ? netframework 3.5-4.7 (4.6.2) ?
Without it ISTA will not run.
