Guys, trying to fix issue with few EVO units different benches, different computers

When trying to flash with correct FA (Used many times)...I am getting this :

It bricks the unit and only way to recover is by serial connection, which I did, unit comes back ok and works fine
But trying to flash them always gives me that fault...

Been using those FA and benches for a while, never had such issues, especially with 3 units like

any idea?
