you may have a 
faulty module within most loop no allowing light to flow properly, try and loop out tcu with a fiber loop only after determining measures plan and or hiding tcu via expert mode , hope this helps

I was using a eBay ICOM B, so it went into the bin. Havent tried with my ICOM B Next yet, but hopefully works.
