Could you help me get Xentry back on track? This laptop worked perfectly but now it doesn't open Xentry diagnostic or DAS. I tried to introduce a new key, but it follows the same problem, and observed that in starkeycenter LAN ID is wrong, but I don't know how to correct that, and I don't know if this is the problem either, and I copied the key and changed it to .x4711 but it remains the same , and reinstalled to see if the problem is repaired but neither ...
