Further analysis taking into account what you said about SVT ECU:

If your factory level is 18-03-541 and according to FA your car type is tx35 which does NOT have 322 option then it SHOULD have BDC part number 2897846.

Now if you current level is 22-03-530 then it should have following:

So we CAN identify that your unit contains DIFFERENT 1DF7 CAFD than it should be for stock unit in 23-03-530.

Now CAFD_00001DF7_006_024_144 was used in levels 17-11-520 to 17-11-541 but for DIFFERENT BDC part numbers (ones WITH option 322) ONLY!

So we can conclude that current state of your BDC is mishmash between different levels and different unit options. I would assume that is ENOUGH for ISTA+ to abort.

Now if you want to continue you need to read actual part number of BDC installed in your car to determine whether it was actually REPLACED or FLASHED by A COMPLETE IDIOT.

Another update after you removed info about CAFD 1DF7 - WTF is going on with your data??? Now it looks PERFECTLY CORRECT for level 22-03-530. However if was flashed by some IDIOT WITHOUT VCM update. That alone should NOT cause ISTA+ to stop.

HOWEVER, IF ISTA+ checks VCM data it will see CAFD 5FA9_105-063_021 which was used on DIFFERENT part number (4A23187 at 22-03-530 level) which was used on RolsRoyces ONLY.

That IS AN ISSUE so conclusion is SOME IDIOT wrote TOTALLY BOGUS VCM to your car... You need to fix VCM by either:
1. simple way - read actual SVT and store it to the car (no need for power supply, etc)
2. flash the car using ESys with VCM update enabled (need power supply and other preconditions)
