When the engine is started, the diagnosis is lost BMW E39 530d OBD II

Hallo

I have a problem with my e39 530d 2000/12 , suddenly a problem appeared when I start the engine, I lose communication, checked on the D-can and icom cable.

Pin 1 and 16 are powered ok . Pin 4 and 5 are ground ok.

What could be the problem?
