E91 LCI comfort access problem/ KFP install wrong ZB
Customer brought to work E91 320d 10/09 with comfort access (CA), I-level 2021. Car had FRM issue, and some additional works. Rear lid wires repaired as client said. No fault codes realating to CA. Both door handles seems ok.
Ca 5 min after locking the car key ended working. Car can open only with mechanical key. After opening the door with mechanical key all keyfobs and CA work like a charm. Car start without inserting key in the slot. If i shut down and lock, after 5 min issue begins again. I removed from FA CA option, coded CAS and removed plug from PG module. After ca 0,5 h keyfobs work as needed. What to do? Send claim to BMW for his failed project, exchange PG module or code something in CAS? Keys original, battery ok, no battery draining issues. Car with IBS. Voltage on fuses F61, F63 remains 12,5 V (i locked the passenger door lock and let the door open). Key battery new, voltage 3,2 V. |
