copy downloaded  BMW_ISPI_ISTA-APP_******.msi into  ANY_FOLDER_NAME (i made folder "t"  for faster typing)
then open COMMAND in windows and navigate to ANY_FOLDER_NAME(my case "t" or c:\t ) via cd c:\t
