if i read DME with new trasdata , i can change the VIN in unit?
My CAS is NEW and the VIN is right now , and i change the VIN in KOMBI also. I have newbie in the e-sys software, i need help to extract
isn from old modules .

sorry for delay last week didn't visit the forum but hope not so late and maybe someone need this info later.
I dont know about trasdata but if you read it eeprom 32kb. you can extract isn,vin and also can edit. Vin number is not so important as ISN, most important thing ISN number in this scenario. If read eeprom size 8kb. not luck at all about DME.

If your CAS new and EGS regular CAS/EGS your car, you can extract isn from CAS with safe programmer and write it DME, ISN and VIN you can make work your car completelly.

After these steps you can think about E-Sys to program car, not before...
