I finally bought the new X100PROS (green box) and went on to test it in a '15 Corvette. It reads mileage accurate, although weird, it shows in kilometers. I input the new value and press enter. It says "Communicating.." and goes on like this for 30-40 minutes. Tried twice and the same result. I was wondering it if is worth it to leave it working or not?

Although i have not tried on a 15 corvette...any car I've tried on and it says to wait for a long period of time never worked in my experience. For instance a 2010 A5 it said something like 20 minutes i tried 2 days in a row and nothing.

I don't know x-100 pro s ? I'm distributor ori OBDSTAR products. Where did U buy Ur one? Aliexpres? I work with it in my garage and no problem.

I dont see it shown on the obdstar site. Bought it from Ali, registered on the obdstar site and everything looks Ok.

Maybe this is a reason of Ur troubles.
2. On aliexpres, alibaba and so on U can buy everything what U need and they write on website everything what U want read/expect in low cost but very often it's ordinary fake. Look like ori but doesn't work as ori.

I know that very well as i am A4 buyer. But as i said it registered on the obdstar site just fine and I got the newest update.
In the case of 2015 Vette, their menu says 2013- which could be still the C6 and not C7. And as we all know even some of the listed functions do not work with the original device.
BTW, this device feels high quality, comes with the eeprom adapter and if someone took the time to develop it as a clone it has to be sold for more than the regular style
