Hi guys ! I have a strange problem with my device..alredy try xp pro and 7 x86 install + activate ok, drivers are loaded OK , 3 leds are ON iso led OFF and clip softwere dont see the sonde(doesnt say its not conect either) It is 4-5years old RLT2002 sonde but never used before...I tested 170,149,137 and same story...is it firmware to old and clip dont recognize?any other solutionn to this?thanks for any help

After some researching and testing I figure in device maneger only 2 drivers request..when instal drivers I can see Can driver is there and Usb-hub generic...so no iso driver detected or instaled..ISO led is off ofcourse...what you guys sugest? any specific chip responsible for this?quartz? thanks

No firmware is not to old, my clip is about 9 years old and still working, try installing software on another PC or laptop and try it, mine will only work on one laptop, my main laptop that I use had the same problem with iso led, It might be something to do with USB power or chipset

Try to change quartz 32.768kHz on ISO PCB ...!

Try to change quartz 32.768kHz on ISO PCB ...!

I noticed it is 4000 quartz on iso pcb.. change it with new one but no result.. ISO driver steel not detected sweating

what else I can do to repair my vci mates?

I noticed it is 4000 quartz on iso pcb.. change it with new one but no result.. ISO driver steel not detected what else I can do to repair my vci mates?

no mate I did not change the cypress chip..I only changed quartz..but from pictures from you I noticed one smd part mising on my bord..Is it only (no full chip unit) or this is big mistake from producer?
