For your information:
Used Win7 Pro x86 in VMware, installed all Windows updates...
Installed latest adobe reader.
Installed the complete VAS-PC package from here: VAS-PC ; Odis Service and ODIS Engineering ; Flash Files English
(Including the old java software delivered in this download)
After that I set compability mode to Windows XP SP3 for the following files:
C:\SIDIS\home\bin\ADM.exe
C:\SIDIS\home\bin\GFS.exe
C:\SIDIS\home\VASEGD2\bin\VASEGD.exe

I downloaded this: ODIS 2.2.7 + PostSetup 6.70.80 on torrent EDIT: This topic is now including the new postsetup!
Replaced the postsetup in that download with the postsetup from this actual topic.
Note: the new 'Odis' directory from topic i put in a new self-made directory called 'postsetup' so ODIS will accept it as a update.
Followed the exact steps in the readme file to install ODIS just as if its the same postsetup. This new 6.70.150 is also installing in the 2 written steps.

After all this I skipped the 'firmware' and 'drivers' steps.. My vas5054 just works with the preloaded vas5054 driver from windows and it does NOT work with the drivers from the download.. As I got the chinese bluetooth chip and not the original amb2300 chip I had to use this Patch. After that I didn't do any firmware upgrades or installing other D-PDU api software or whatsoever. This may be different from other vas5054 devices, but at least without firmware upgrades it worked for me.

Tested it and it works. (Note: disable internet connection in vmware because of the old java software)

I already changed postsetup to new one in torrent in that thread.
Now it "ODIS 2.2.7 + PostSetup 6.70.150".

and ps6.70.150 and 6.70.151-152 update version? right?

Correct. I was installed even 2.2.4 then update 150-151-152 and it becomes 2.2.7 automatically.
