Problem whit update after Diagbox Update V7.66 to 7.74 (8.10)

I think it's the bad update or you have skipped the sequence of installing properly ... let's say you have switched to non english language too soon .. install everything on english than switch to wichever language you like .. nl_NL for Dutch etc...
