Please try 2CA2 and click on one of the wastegate valve faults where the "show fault code" button is active.
Then click on that button.
Do you get further info?

Man, does anyone ever read on the internet... your screenshot shows the fault list, when you click on one, then CLICK ON THE BOTTOM LEFT BUTTON "show fault code", YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET ANOTHER SCREEN WITH THE FAULT DETAILS.

The logfile contains an exception http://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.ph...#pid247488 , so most likely a bug in the code... I am trying to create a patch to get around it, but I am not that good with .net dispatcher stuff...

I give up gavel thank god someone gets it(@baggiematt thumbsup )

It won't be easy to create a patch. I had a short look and for me it seems null reference is coming from IstaOperation.exe and that means something is not properly piped via WCF. I think you will have to wait for BMW to fix that.

I'll take your word for it, as I am not good with Windoze frameworks,... I run 4.04.30 where it works as I use this feature often for my projects.
