1. Just remove/add the car again from Connecteddrive
Or
2. Use AOS - Service functions - Headunit - Reconnect online functions (I don't know the specific name in english but you'll manage )
Or
3. I'm pretty sure it can be handled by using tool32

Number 2 and 3 dont work. Tested after update and dont work. Number 1 not tested (soft downgraded). Dont have time to update again. Maybe anyone users with this problem test this solution???

But why work after downgrade?

Number 1 doesn’t work for sure.
We also changed Connected Drive account and moved to other country!
Same issues.

I agree no need to downgrade, maybe next update will fix it.

It’s also broken for others on older firmware too.

Might be a configuration thing, but it’s affect vehicles in the USA, canada and the uk at least

I have german car, before upgrade all CD services are working, then update and only RTTI working, then downgrade and all is working.
Don't tell me about cd server. Problem is firmware, sure.

it's been a year since the dealer updated my car and, then, it's a year that I can't make weather and news to work. just before dealer, it worked perfectly. it couldn't be a connected drive server problem... that's why I'd like to downgrade my entrynav2...

What all people should do with issues with this firmware report this issue to connecteddrive services. They will create a ticket for it and investigate it. This is free of charge.

I ran into this myself after updating to latest I-Level via 4.42.X (UK). Glad to hear I am not the only one! I will try the suggested workarounds and report back. Thanks all.

Downgraded EVO to 7.47 firmware 22-11 I-Level and everything works. Waiting to newest firmware than 7.49 (23-07 I-Level with bug). People who have ori EVO (not retrofited) must contact CD support and report bug so BMW maybe fix that problem in next firmware.
