Thanks to all of you for your help.

I just updated the immo data with K+CAN to those provided by @evg_eni in post #12.
Then I waited some minutes and tried to start the car, but it still doesn't start.
So I cleared the fault codes of every ECU with VCDS, waited some minutes again, and tried to start the car again, but still it doesn't start.
I did a full auto scan with VCDS and attach it here.

Funnily, it says 25 - no faults, but when I try to get into 25, it tells me "not present".
Furthermore, what has changed from last time, it doesn't show up "Immobilizer active" in speedometer display any more.

Okay... Just came back home from work and could have a look at the fault.

I think that this K+CAN is the problem...
I read the IMMO data which I wrote this morning and it hasn't saved Key1, Key2 and MAC correctly, the rest was fine.
I then tried to flash back to the original IMMO data because I wanted to try the VCDS-method @evg_eni mentioned... and again it also put crap into Key and MAC.

I did a full scan with VCDS, and there are now even more faults saved (see Log attached)...

I really don't know what to do anymore...
Is it possible to solve the problem with a 6154A + ODIS (offline / online)?

k can commander is unpredictable, it's not to be trusted, open the clusters and read the chips properly

Okay... is this possible with a CH341A?
And how do I know which chip is the correct one in my VDO?

i think visteon is 95320, i forget, i think you should buy a cheap programmer, there's a thread here somewhere on the forum, with same issue as you and as far as i can remember, you can't swap a visteon with a vdo, maybe vice versa, i'll look for the thread

The EEPROM which I read out of the old Visteon was an ST95160W...

EDIT:
I just disassembled the VDO, and there is a 24LC32A in it...
As far as I already found out, it is (somehow) programmable with my CH341.

So can I directly write the correct BIN if someone of you can provide me a working BIN of my old data?
