You just rename the file to .istapackage instead of .zip

If you are using win 10 then in the box bottom left where it says "type here to search" type cmd. It will show a program called command prompt. Run that.

type cd followed by the directory where your files are i.e. cd \sharedstorage.
type dir *.zip. This will tell you what files are still called .zip
If they are still .zip then type rename *.zip *.istapackage
If they are .istapackage.zip then type rename *.istapackage.zip *.istapackage

type exit to close the window.

Just download the OTHER.zip file from spider80s torrent and put that in the SQLITEDBs directory. Then edit the reg file to include "DataVersion"="4.12.30" in the ISTA section

All problem was because of this, see picture!!!
