RE: ESYS / ICOM No Connection
You were ALREADY told that you WON'T see ZGW through ICOM. It's NOT a network hub!!!

This is the MAIN question!!! Given ISTA and Gini work through ICOM we can conclude that D-CAN is operational. Given ENET cable works we conclude that ethernet in the car is operational.

If ESys does not work through ICOM the remaining choices are:
1. Something wrong with Esys.
2. ICOM ethernet connection to a car is CRAP.

If ICOM is a chinesium, this would NOT be a first or even tenth or even hundredth or even thousandth case where car side ethernet in chinesium ICOM is KAPUT.

P.S. There could also be a case if you always try connecting ESys via ENET first and then ICOM that ZGW no longer asks ICOM to provide IP address through DHCP. If thats the case you need to let car to go to deep sleep (half an hour or so). But given history of chinesiums, I would bet 99.9% on "quality" chinesium crap.

Sorry, of course that's true.

But where can the problem be?
Everything works. ISTA with ICOM and Enet cable.
ESYS with Enet cable.
Only ESYS with ICOM not...

This is the ICOM:

RE: ESYS / ICOM No Connection
Have you tried to enter IP 169.254.58.8? because you have this visible in the WEB server.
I will never write to esys 192.168.4.1, only the one I see in the WEB server and always Esys works. Even when in ediabas I enter the address visible in the WEB server, I see in IToolRadar that after starting ISTA it changes to 192.168.4.1. After turning off ISTA and reconnecting ICOM, I see a different IP in ITool Radar

These were different sessions. IP in web browser and iToolRadar always match.
