HQ clones are chinese clones. Essentially they are totally the same except couple of bytes written in EEPROM of FTDI chip.
120903a doesn't require HQ clones hack of FTDI chip API, instead it has its own FTDI emulator and uses a license that was banned in later versions.
However, data/programming files are compatible/replaceable from future versions and they can be used without any problem if correct firmware is in the clone. Newest data/programming files require v1.59 or newer firmware.
Unfortunately 120309a software only updates to v1.45 firmware. So for newer firmware you have to update it manually (which is not a problem at all, since v1.59 of firmware is floating around for quite some time).

For Xpirat. Replace the four files.EasyHook.dll > EasyHook32.dll > EasyHook32Svc.exe >.

EasyHookSvc.exe. EasyHookSvc.exe > rename EasyHook64Svc.exe.

Download really fast

RE: OP-COM Professional 120309c English
If you use the vaux-com 131223d LangData you need firmware 1.60
fw 1.59 it is used in op-com 131223c english version
Exe file from each version have some relation with the database and with the firmware.
But anyway this could be a solution. I'm very sure that some things will work and other things will not.
Anyway if you help this solution then use it, if you don't then do not use it.
Good luck

The only 2 EasyHook files needed are EasyHook32Svc.exe and EasyHook32.dll. Anything else is safe to delete.

The list of changes between 131223c and d are anyway very small, and only some of these changes might not work with 131223d software and v1.59 firmware:

New Firmware V01.60
Combo-D VIN Autodetection, and global vehicle readout functions are added
Captiva VIN Autodetection, and global vehicle readout functions are added
EHU Variant Configurations, and programming possibilities are updated, new models added
Delphi GID, and CID Variant Configuration corrected
Added support for Touch&Connect Navigations
Vectra-C ECC Variant coding, and Code Index Programmign added
Vectra-C SAC Variant coding, and Code Index Programmign added

But as you said v1.60 is known to be buggy for Vectra-C so better to use v1.59 anyway.

x64 lib of EasyHook is not needed (even for Win64) coz API function calls in Inject.dll are 32 bit anyway.

RE: OP-COM Professional 120309c English
I cannot be sure that the bug it is only in the firmware
I suppose the bug it is in the softwares 131223d too
I used fw 1.61 ( from lastet version of OP-COM 131223h German ) with VUAX-COM 1312223d, OP-COM 131223c EN and with OP-COM 131223e RO
In all this software the bug it was in Astra G
Vectra C tested and its working like a charm
Same in Insignia
The op-com 131223c EN with fw 1.59 have same bugs in the same cars Astra G
The vaux-com 121231c and op-com 121231i EN and op-com 121231h RO with firmware 1.47 has not any bug in the same car Astra G
I haven't notice not any other bugs in the cars I tested. ( Using fw 1.59 with this version 121231 has the same bugs as with the fw 1.60 )
The problem could be other. I hope this will be fix it in the newer versions in the futhure
Maybe this will help
Anyway to upgrade/downgrade the firmware in an op-com v5 clone you can use OCFlash
Good luck
