I have A8L with rear seat TVs etc and during map instalation appears few error messages Error K129 and other message as is in picture below.

Firmware instalation was also provided by few messages "insert download medium at RSU" ...

Hello. I have 3GP K900 6.20.4 with Carson. Is there any solution to clean this old instalation from Carson and install the fresh one of k900??

Please read before ask, what you're asking are explained some post back even you have a full tutorial in PDF with screenshots in the first post with the response.

I know that tutorial but in the tuturial is write that the k900 has no emergency.

Emergency mode in k900 doesn't exist, you can't enable it, in the tutorial we recommend do the emergency update before move to 900.

The only way, i think, is reinstall the firmware using the "user defined" mode and manually select the modules you want to reinstall.

I have to reinstall K900 because when I install the new 6.22.4 map, online traffic doesn't show up.

Like I said before I had previously K900 with 6.20 activated by Carson and there was no working online traffic. My license is valid until 09.2016.

I Have to do manually reinstall, like you said but tell me which modules should I select? All of them??

the install time too long 5h, certainment because of my version starting in 2010.
I had the green menu reactive with VCDS after the firmware update.

So i 'll create the FSC using the method indicated in this thread. This seems under control.

I've STILL 2 questions :
- Could i copy the FW900 update onto a DVD instead of a SD Card ? Then i just need to select DVD instead of SD.

- Which file can i remove from my SanDisk 32Go to be able to fit the complete map for my HN+.
I think i can delete folder :

For correct calculation add that just first 4 digits from second part

After the installation K900 and 6.22.4 with activation to 3GP i erase all of the faults exactly like the manual said and from the link http://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=14942

Maps are ok, online traffic is ok but there is some fault.
And when i cleared it the fault was come back again.

Any idea how to erase it??
