i add my experience
i buyed many kt200 and 2 of this fail, the problem is that when program started all button are grayed with no possibility to select drivers and then to do any job.
i do many little test to understand and finally the problem is the green board inside the tool, that is not chip killer as i think, is only a method to work with this tool...foxflash have not this board because change ID each start with fox manager.
this board encrypt data to/from server to start program and to do job...anyway for some reason the tool fail.
after some test in teamviewer with the factory they tell me that the problem is the board and sent to me two new board, i installed it and problem is solved.

one question, i have one problem with CAN line via obd, each car that i try to identify via obd in CAN line give me : Error Wake...no identification and no possibility to read-write, i tried obd in can line on ford ranger sid208, focus 1.0t me17.2, fiesta 1.4 tdci sid 206...if i change only the tool using same cable obd orange and same usb cable no problem.
this problem is not present in bench mode (but i think because in bench mode the tool use the wire white and brown to read-write and not the can line orange-blu)...in bench mode no problem to read-write.

I have the same problem bench working on k-line and can bus ok with bench box......without bench box can bus doesnt work neither obd only k-line......replaced all components twice same problem......replaced 5 different can bus tranceivers same thing

A little update from me:
KT200 II full offline.
after waiting more than a month for delivery, the shipment was returned to the sender by the courier.

Very frustrating, and in my experience ecuhelp shop were extremely bad with comms.

Not good (in my opinion)

Doesnt matter if you rework....if the tool works it works ....replacing parts wont change anything beleive me
