RE: VNCI 6154A Clone experience
I did connect with WIFI about 30mins and it was stable.
Remember plug head, connect the WIFI first then open ODIS, if order is wrong may cause unstable connection. BMW 5 Series and Audi Q4 e-tron user.
If it helps, please give rep , thanks! |

RE: VNCI 6154A Clone experience
I have both 6154 clones - the red VNCI and grey 6154 and both of them seem to work properly for me. The red VNCI needs his own driver, the gray 6154 works out of the box as an original 6154A.
For flashing I use it hooked to USB cables, for coding and simple diag jobs I use it by wifi - the connection is stable, no issues even after 30 or more minutes being connected. I was only unable to get it working in infrastructure WLAN mode - I can't get both of them connecting to my own wifi, they work only in adhoc/direct access point mode. I tried to press the button on both of the devices, it just beeps and the leds are blinking different way, but no connection to wifi. |

RE: VNCI 6154A Clone experience
For my 2 cents until now the red vnci interface got upgraded as PDU api did , and all errors were fixed in time. I wanna see if this new clone will do the same and keep up with the changes done from one version to another.
If you think i helped you please do take 1 second and press THANKS button
