What we need is a valid FSC, the VIN doesn't mind, Carson Patch disables the VIN verification so the Map just work with any FSC with associated VIN.

If you open the old fsc 00040008.fsc and 00040009.fsc with a HEX editor you'll see that VIN are real VINs (real purchased licences) but carson patch just make it work with any VIN.

   

So the only thing we need is a valid 3GP FSC for make it work like always.
