Hello! Try to change the SuperOrca Launcher Not Found = 0 NotCalledByLauncher = 0 "
and furthermore:
QtExec_setRegistryKey32 = 0
QtExecRemoveRegistryKey32 = 0
QtExec_setRegistryKey64 = 0
QtExecRemoveRegistryKey64 = 0
IstaWixExtensionAction64bit = 0
IstaWixExtensionAction32bit = 0
So I changed in version 3.52.32 (window 7 32 bit) and installed without problem.

For all with the following error "Failed to start ISTA. Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid." and normal installation (non standalone version):

Change both PUK lines in the file ISTAGUI.exe.config to false:

<add key="BMW.Rheingold.CoreFramework.PUKLoadSaveActive" value="false"/>


And install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable X86 and X86,
Windows 10 users have to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.
