In the rar are 2 folders, my original dump of my e46 320d 2001 150bhp. and 2 tuned files a friend of mine sent me.

i have done as many checks as i can myself, same software version, size etc but was wondering if anybody could look them over and see if they are compatible and also whats been done to them like egr off etc and what sort of stage map they are etc

any help would be great

File "320CRIP858.565" is not compatible with your car !!!
I will take a look also in next file.

Check with some comparator... will find data in one file and at the same addres in your ori you will find FF FF FF

Bad tuning files?...mmm...is not this....the file that you have it,is not your original file from your ecu,tuned...is from another bmw car...even if numbers from ecu are same,the maps are not same...so,better to use your original file from your ecu for tuning this car
