I can confirm ODIS 3.0.3 works without problems with usb and bluetooth windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
All drivers take with windows update. D-PDU API\1.20.037 nothing downgrading or flashing i have clone with full chips and OKI but bluetooth module is BC417 and i'm really happy that this module also works great. Have you set your Windows freshly installed? Why did not he take me to the post setup. The older 2.2.6 and even go odis 6.6.1. specially tested. What am I doing wrong? Is there a solution for the post-setup?

Working fine for me on windows 10 64bit with geniune vas5054a, just have to run in win 7 mode, one thing you should include in the instruction- i had to set the date on my pc to 3.12.2015 to make the postsetup install otherwise i got an error.

No problem for me with postsetup. Mounted with daemon tools and set path to postsetup/update.
