Unfortunately your car (according to its factory options) does not have suitable camera for speed limit information so it must be retrofitted. BMW part number 65 50 2 184 753 contains all hardware that is needed to do that (camera, control unit, cables, mountings, etc). FSC is needed additionaly which is part number 66 50 2 444 948. Total dealer price for both is about 325€ + VAT according to ETK. Local dealer here asks about 400€ + VAT for both.
The only problem which could arise is that car as you said is from Czech, but Czech is not listed along which can have this retrofit, but Poland is, so it may be possible to obtain that. There are no official option codes for Polish or Czech versions so I have no idea how dealer check that.

No, speed limit info works by capturing live signs via camera and processing images. No camera = no speed limit info.

That car has KAFAS and lane assist. I coded 8TH without problems in '12 F06 with KAFAS.

If by lane assist you mean lane departure warning then yes, it must have KAFAS. And if it has KAFAS and lane departure warning, then possibly only FSC is needed. It could be that lane departure warning is included in driving assistant plus option (5AT), but ETK indicates both part numbers are needed for that car. I really don't know why. If willing to spend around 50€ just to try that, you can try ordering FSC only by the part number I indicated to your earlier.
Update:
After more peeking around ETK I see that pre-requirement for 8TH retrofit is navi professional and one of: Lane departure warning, Driving assistant, Driving assistant plus, Active cruise control+stop&go. So probably the info that I found on other forum that part number 65 50 2 184 753 is camera upgrade is wrong. I now think it actually is the price for speed limit FSC first-time creation.

Thank you so much. Someone on this forum offered me FSC for 150€, I think it is quiet to much. If someone can offer me cheaper FSC I will be very thankful

150 euro is cheap!
You can also install a kafas emulator then you don't need to change any hardware. It will give you the speedlimit info taken from the navi map.
