Power steering pomp MINI 2005 1.6 Petrol

My friend have mini cooper, problem with Power steering pomp control, pomp work all the time(when remove key still working), any idea what can by wrong? Thanks in Advance |

Tray to disconect the power module and see all FETs or Transistors |
