Also after the databases, the .20 ones work fine but i assume theres a latest version available

But what are these files for and where should I put them?  I have just "installed" this 4.06.31 on a VM and updated the old 4.03.21 standalone on my laptop without using these files and I don't see any errors when running the program or looking up a VIN. (Haven't made a readout yet) So... Are they even needed? //NO^DICKHILL
